One of our office spaces

We have 12 studio spaces. Monthly rates vary from £225 - £315 per month based on the size of the space.

Each studio has a window for natural light, a lockable door for privacy and security, electricity sockets, Wifi and access to the shared kitchenette with seating and a meeting table.

FAQs

  • Your monthly payment covers the rental of your space and use of the shared kitchen, as well as use of the internet, water and electricity. There are no hidden costs.

  • The studios are rented based on their size, with a consistent rate of £32 per square metre used across all the spaces.

  • Yes, sharing is an option. Plenty of the occupied spaces are currently shared. We do require someone to act as the lead tenant. Most of the rooms are well suited to 2 people with ample space for 2 desks and some additional storage.
